1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the Larevi online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. After receipt of the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order or the corresponding order confirmation is sent.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices stated in the online shop are final prices.

If no sales tax is shown due to the application of the small business regulation, no separate sales tax will be displayed.

In addition to the product price, shipping costs may apply. These will be displayed to the customer in the checkout before the order is completed.

The available payment methods will be displayed in the checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order process.

The available shipping methods, any shipping costs, and the estimated delivery times will be indicated in the online shop or in the checkout.

Should a delivery be significantly delayed or an ordered item be unavailable, we will inform the customer accordingly.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Right of Return

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

In addition, Larevi grants a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the conditions of our return policy are met.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

8. Product Presentation

We strive to represent our products, especially colors and materials, as true to the original as possible. However, depending on the screen used and its settings, minor discrepancies in the display may occur.

9. Liability

The statutory liability provisions apply. Mandatory statutory claims and rights of consumers are not restricted by these terms and conditions.

10. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not withdrawn.
