Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us beforehand at info@larevistudio.com. We will then send you the return information.

The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer. Returns sent freight collect cannot be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the refund. If the return is approved, the corresponding amount will be refunded via the original payment method used.

If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@larevistudio.com so we can find a suitable solution.
